   Everyone likes to keep a good figure. But, the precondition is that you should have a healthy body. Actually, if you follow the below steps, you can stay healthy easily. First of all, get up earlier, and jog or stroll in the park. Doing exercise in the morning can make you keep in a good mood. Second, don’t forget to drink more water  It is enough to drink about one thousand and five hundred c.c. every day. Third, fill half your plate with vegetables or fruit at each meal. The more fruit you eat, the more vitamins you can get. To sum up, follow these steps and you can stay healthy easier.
