Discussing effects II

       Acton is a small town in the Midwest. It has a population of 2500, and the town has not changed very much in the past 100 years. Last month, Stanley Manufacturing decided to open a large factory in Acton. If I had been the inhabitant in Acton, I would have approved this plan. There are some positive impacts on Acton. First of all, it will promote the economic prosperity. For instance, people have more jobs and earn more money to support their family. Secondly, they have more choice of entertainments. They no longer rise up with the sun, and rest with the sunset. Their nightlife becomes more brilliant. Maybe they can go to the night markets or pubs. Finally, people can contact with another area people frequently. The more they contact, the more latest information they can get.  Therefore, opening the new factory is good to Acton people.
